What Does PIVAAT Mean?

PIVAAT was founded in 2020 — a year in which we all had to pivot our lives in one way or another. Seeing clients mostly in person at the time, Jennifer’s business was turned upside down overnight that March. Terrified and paralyzed, she found her internal voice coaching herself to just “pivot”. She often envisioned that infamous scene in Friends and heard Ross’ voice telling her to “PIVAAT!!!”. It made her laugh and kept her pushing forward. After establishing a new arm to her business of conducting online corporate webinars, Jennifer found a renewed source of passion and motivation as she was able to reach thousands more people remotely than with in-person speaking engagements and consults. She also noticed employees seemed more engaged and hungry for health and wellness support than they had been in the past. The world of Corporate Wellness had pivoted as well, and was more important than ever. And so, PIVAAT was born.
